Presided over and completed the standard project (quasi Senior) of numerical control technology application personnel in Shanghai University. After years of training, a number of trainers and assessors have been trained, which has a certain impact in Shanghai. At present, training programs have been developed:
I. numerical control technology (intermediate and advanced)
The middle and senior Certificate (summer vacation) training class of numerical control machine tool of mechanical college has achieved good results. At present, Shanghai has launched the "653 project" in an all-round way, in which large-scale vocational education activities are required in the field of modern manufacturing, and knowledge training of key technologies and common technologies facing the industry, such as informatization, mechatronics, computer-aided design, etc., is widely carried out. CNC machine bed operation is the basic work in the field of modern manufacturing, and it is also one of the talents in short supply at present. In order to support the students' training in the operation of CNC machine tools, the school has formulated a policy at present. If the junior college students obtain the certificate in the operation of CNC machine tools, the elective courses can be exempted from 4 credits.
In order to connect the training of middle and senior certificate of CNC machine tool operation with the examination of Shanghai Vocational Appraisal Center (No. 1800, Tianshan Road), the registration work is carried out in advance, and we hope that the students of Mechanical College and junior college will respond positively. It is suggested that students registered in Shanghai should first receive intermediate training (at their own expense), and then take part in senior government subsidized training in the school year after passing the examination. After passing the examination, the certificate, invoice and love card will reimburse half of the training cost.
II. SolidWorks intermediate training course
SolidWorks is a 3D design software based on Windows launched by SolidWorks company in the United States. It is currently widely used in the field of modern mechanical and electrical manufacturing. Shanghai Electric Group also takes SolidWorks software as one of the necessary basic conditions for equipment manufacturing industry. From August to November 2006, the "2006 Shanghai Electric SolidWorks 3D Digital Design Grand Prix" hosted by the school of machinery was a complete success, and the student team of the school of machinery won the third prize in the group competition. In addition, after participating in SolidWorks training, more than 140 students of the 4th session of the school of mechanics took an examination in Shanghai Vocational Appraisal Center (No. 1800, Tianshan Road) on December 17, with a qualified rate of more than 86%, of which 68.6% were excellent or above. As a student of mechanical and electrical majors, it is quite necessary to master a professional computer application design software, and SolidWorks software is a better choice. SolidWorks has the characteristics of easy to learn, intuitive, strong function and wide application. Since the establishment of SolidWorks training course in Mechanical College, it has received the positive response from the majority of students. Many students have applied the software in the graduation design to carry out three-dimensional digital design, which has achieved good results, and has attracted attention in the employment recruitment. Mechanical and electrical students who have learned mechanical drawing can obtain the vocational qualification certificate issued by Shanghai Vocational appraisal center after they have been trained and passed the examination of vocational appraisal center.
The mechanical college is about to offer the qualification certification training course of "probationary mechanical design engineer", which involves the use of SolidWorks software to achieve digital design and other contents. If the students who have obtained the SolidWorks certificate participate in the qualification training again, they can be exempted from the relevant courses and reduce the relevant tuition fees. III. AutoCAD middle and senior training courses
AutoCAD is not only a computer drawing ability that the students of mechanical college must master, but also a basic skill that the students must master in their career planning. AutoCAD will be widely used in course design, graduation design and even in the future jobs. At the same time, it can also be used as an expanding skill for students of School of economics and management.
In order to enrich the students' after-school life and make full use of the good time in school, the school of machinery decided to open an AutoCAD intermediate (weekend) training class.
IV. trainee mechanical engineer training course
"Trainee mechanical design engineer" is the technical qualification certificate issued by China Society of mechanical engineering, which is the first batch of qualification certificate certified by academic institutions in accordance with the internationally accepted practice, using the certification procedures and requirements in line with international standards. At present, the trainee mechanical design engineer has received great attention in the talent market, and has been fully affirmed by the employer in the work practice. In order to improve the adaptability of the mechanical college students and meet the urgent needs of the employers for talents, the mechanical college has set up the qualification examination of "trainee mechanical design engineer".
The time of the qualification examination for the trainee mechanical design engineer is 8:30-12:00 (3.5 hours) in the morning and 1:30-5:00 (3.5 hours) in the afternoon on the Sunday of the second week of April and the Sunday of the second week of November every year.
The school of mechanical engineering is recognized as a training and examination center, and the pre examination guidance and examination room are conducted in the school of mechanical engineering. The national unified proposition, unified time test and unified scoring standard are implemented in the examination.
1. Scope and methods of qualification certification
Article 4, 5 and 6 of Chapter II of the detailed rules for the implementation of the qualification certification of trainee mechanical design engineer are as follows:
Article 4 scope of qualification certification: personnel with college degree or above in engineering related major. Or engaged in more than one year of mechanical design related work of other professional college (including college) or above.
Article 5 those who meet the requirements of Article 4 above and pass the "qualification examination for mechanical design engineer trainee" organized by mechanical design branch shall pass the qualification examination of mechanical design branch and be submitted to China Mechanical Engineering Society for approval before issuing the qualification certificate of "mechanical design engineer trainee". This certificate is one of the valid documents for applying for the qualification certification of mechanical design engineer.
Article 6 students who have obtained more than 70% of the total credits required for graduation (or the third year of University) can apply for the "qualification examination for mechanical design engineer trainee", and those who pass the examination can retain their scores. When the conditions in Article 4 above are met, they can go through the license issuing procedures.
2. "Trainee mechanical design engineer" training course
1) introduction to the management of mechanical and electrical enterprises (written test)
Training and examination contents: introduction to modern enterprise management, current situation and development trend of manufacturing industry, engineering ethics and regulations, WTO and international trade, employment and job search, etc.
2) modern mechanical design method (written test + computer application)
Training and examination contents: innovative design, optimized design, finite element design, reliability design, etc.
3) computer aided design and manufacturing technology (written test + computer application)
Training and examination contents: CAD, cam, CAPP, PDM, etc.
Students who have obtained the certificate of "probationary mechanical design engineer" can further apply for the qualification certification of "mechanical design engineer" after taking part in the work, learning certain enterprise practice and related courses, and registering as a member of China Society of mechanical engineering.
V. Siemens UG NX authorized training

As an integrated and comprehensive product engineering solution, NX software of UGS company (formerly known as UGS software) is used by many world leading manufacturers in concept design, industrial design, detailed mechanical design, engineering simulation and digital manufacturing and other fields. The Academic Partner Program (APP program for short) is proposed by UGS company. It aims to improve students' ability to apply UGS software through course and project cooperation, and jointly cultivate high-quality talents in digital design, manufacturing and management for China's manufacturing industry. In April 2008, Siemens Automation and drive group "Siemens product life cycle management software" Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Institute of Electrical Engineering jointly established UGNX authorized training center, formed Academic Partner program-app program, and presented 100 sets of nx5 software.
The establishment of NX authorized training center and the full launch of APP program project enable our school to reach the international advanced level in design and manufacturing management teaching, to provide direct technical training services for various electrical and mechanical enterprises and to cultivate and transport more practical talents, and to play an active role in discipline construction, education and teaching, technology research and development, etc It is helpful to improve the quality of undergraduate teaching and the competitiveness of graduates, and to improve the level of scientific research.
