In order to formulate a new round of talent training programs more scientifically and reasonably, and to enable our students to be more adaptable to corresponding jobs after entering the society, on November 16, 2019, our college invited 11 people from different companies, positions and expertise Experts, held a professional capacity expert consultation for mechatronics engineering posts. Under the auspices of Dr. Liu Wenhua of the Institute of Higher Education, 11 enterprise experts engaged in intense discussions based on the related work areas, work tasks and professional abilities of electromechanical majors. After a day of brainstorming, many experts worked together and finally successfully completed the analysis of professional abilities, providing valuable information for the formulation of a new round of talent training programs. Deputy Secretary Liu Jun thanked the experts and hoped to maintain long-term cooperative relationships with enterprises, give play to the respective advantages of schools and enterprises, and achieve a win-win situation between schools and enterprises.
